Here’s some interesting new related to David Blaine, apparently he’s headed off to Israel in an effort to show solidarity and is giving free performances to families and children currently stuck in various bomb shelters in the north end of Israel.
He is also offering to perform for injured soldiers in hospitals around the country and in army bases where few performers dare to go in such dire circumstances.
“I want to ease the pain, to bring smiles to people who have been living under the threat of missile attacks,” the magician says in the article. “I want to give hope to the injured, and to bring magic into people’s lives.”
